Where We Ship We currently ship within the contiguous United States. All online orders are fulfilled from our Grosse Pointe, MI or Petoskey, MI locations.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times We offer carrier-calculated rates through USPS and UPS at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–8 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–5 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
  • UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our site.
